What you'll do Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team of clinicians across varying experience levels mentoring, scheduling and keeping culture strong. Build a community in line with our mission supporting our clients to achieve and celebrate their 1% wins that stack up to meaningful change over time Deliver exceptional therapy using both evidence based conventional therapy or innovative technology including Cyberdyne's HAL neuro-controlled exoskeleton within a community clinical setting. Own the operational rhythm staffing, scheduling, client intake, on-site welfare and the admin that keeps a great clinic running. Drive change by championing research, innovation and best-practice adoption pushing the neuro-rehab field forward, not just keeping pace. Pick up the broom you'll chip in wherever the team needs it, because that's what great leaders do. Who you are You're an AHPRA registered physiotherapist with genuine experience in neurological rehab and a hunger to lead. You might already be running a small clinical team, or you've been ready to take that step for a while and just needed the right environment. Minimum requirements · AHPRA or ESSA registration · Clinical experience with neurological populations · Experience leading or building a clinical team · NDIS knowledge or experience · Current driver's licence and own vehicle · CPR First Aid · Working with Children Check · National Police Check · Ability to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check
